I look at global warming and all of the overwhelming changes in society due to the pressures of over population and strained resources…
And I worry.
I admit that I cannot really help it.
I am afraid for the future sometimes.
But sometimes I run across quotes like this and I feel so soothed.
Because sometimes I dream that there’s something on its way too…
Something that will make a difference and that things will be okay in the end, even if there’s very great difficulty and loss before we all get to that moment.
Not a particularly sexy topic I admit…but life is just really way more than stuff about sex.

Indeed it is not *all* about sex. But I find most everything “sensual”. *grins*
But you can help it! Every one of us who work on our little corner of the world to improve it…whether that is recycling, composting, planting organically, eating local foodstuffs, thinning the land for better forest health……the results seem small and insignificant. They are not.
I may never make that one “Big” contribution which changes the face of the world……but all the small contributions add up.
Mmmm….I think you are right about that. There are moments when it doesn’t quite seem enough, but other times, I just know its enough in my little corner of the world…and I know that others are thinking/doing the same as me all over the world…Just as I know that you are thinking/doing this way my friend. ((big hugs)) May the world be not only healed but may we evolve into a species that stewards the land in generous and wise ways…

Shannee, if we all do what we can, then we will make a difference.
As Rosa says, everything in life is both loving and sensual.
There is more concern about the way the world is now, than ever before, so hopefully people are changing, one day, who knows. :)

I think shannee, this applies broad scale to a lot of things including our own spiritual practice as well.
How much energy do we put into changing another or what we simply cannot change, instead of focusing on our little corner of the world…that little corner being ourselves.
